A portable water purifier that has the ability to absorb and remove lead from drinking water is a must according to the EPA. The EPA warns “Lead is commonly used in household plumbing materials and water service lines.” They go on to say that lead in drinking water can cause adverse health effects, especially in children. Lead concentrations in water actually INCREASE when the water is boiled, so the EPA recommends that parents either filter their water using water purifiers for baby formula and children’s drinks or talk to their doctor about alternatives. A simple water filter bottle can be squeezed into a child’s drink or formula very easily wherever you are. No more wondering what your kids are drinking!
